On a hot August day, tucked away in the woods of Spotsylvania Virginia at White Barn Events two high school sweethearts got married beneath the trees surrounded by their family and friends. The entire day was relaxed, fun and filled with so many homemade and intentional touches. Guests played board games, yard games, danced under twinkly lights and enjoyed barbeque and customized drinks. Friends jumped to the music, children ran around laughing in the yard, and family members gathered in an intimate setting that felt like a family cookout turned luxury. I loved so many small moments during this wedding day. The joy on the brides mother’s face as she said hello to everyone, the look of pride on the groom’s mothers face during the ceremony, the handmade wooded arch and ring box built by the groom, and the bouquets made by the bride herself. 10/10 vendor team credited below:
